Estimated delivery times
We ship within Australia with a flat rate shipping (under 5 kgs) of Small $10.95, Medium $14.95, Large $18.95.
These items will be shipped regular Parcel Post via Australia Post, you will be notified by email when your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for us to dispatch your order, contact us if time frame is important.
Estimated delivery Australia wide is 3 -10 days for regular Parcel Post. Please refer to the Australia Post website for your area (our postcode is 3284). Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of $18.95.
All orders are shipped with ATL (Authority To Leave). Please ensure you send your order to an address where there is a safe place to leave your parcel out of sight. The Paper Store Port Fairy is not responsible for any order stolen or missing once it leaves our premises. If you would like your parcel to be delivered with Signature On Delivery, please email hello@thepaperstore.com.au immediately after checking out.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
The Paper Store Port Fairy does not accept responsibility for parcels lost or stolen after delivery. Any potential loss claims need to be made by the customer via the applicable delivery service used.
Return to Sender Parcels
The Paper Store Port Fairy is not liable for any parcels returned to us. The customer will need to pay a new shipping invoice for return postage before the parcel is sent out again. Please ensure the address is reliable for receiving parcels.
Shipping / Pick Up Selection Error
If a customer selects ‘In-store Pick Up’ during the checkout process, but in fact wanted the order to be shipped, please email hello@thepaperstore.com.au and an invoice for shipping based on standard shipping rates. Your order will be shipped once payment has been made.
Refunds
We abide by Australian Consumer Affairs Guidelines and will replace an item if it is faulty. Please be aware that we don’t offer refunds if you change your mind or purchase the incorrect product or amounts.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your product.
Our aim is to provide quality items that are carefully packed for shipping. We will arrange replacement, exchange or refund for any items that are supplied in a faulty condition or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us by our email address detailing any issue as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged.
All returns must be in the same condition as when purchased, including all original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at the buyers expense.
